Assistance with Accommodation
Helping participants increase their ability to obtain and retain apparopriate accommodation. This may include assisting to apply for rental tenancy or undertaking obligations in line with the participant's tenancy agreement.
Increased Social and Community
Coordinating Life Stages and Transitions
Assisting our participants to take part in skill-based learning to develop independence and maintain contact with others. This includes both personal activities and group outings.
Development of Daily Living Skills
Assisting with personal and self-care activities to help develop the skills needed for participants to live as autonomously as possible.
Assistance with Daily Life
Assisting our participants to take part in skill-based learning to develop independence with Daily Living and Life Skills. This includes both personal activities and group outings.

Individual Social Skills development
Helping our participants develop their social skills for participation in community and social activity.
